These young women will make their debuts at the 85th annual North Carolina Debutante Ball in Raleigh, Sept. 8-10.

The Terpsichorean Club, a group of young men from the Raleigh area, sponsors the ball to present the state's prominent debs and honor their families. This year's debutantes were selected by more than 200 nominators across the state, with final selection made by the Terpsichorean Club. Invitations are extended in recognition of the contributions their families have made to the economic, cultural, social and civic life of the state.
