This month's edition of Cheap Eats hits the road in pursuit of the food trucks that are rolling across the Triangle in growing numbers. Here are a few worth chasing down. Find their current locations on Twitter.

Blue Sky Dining

Specialty: gourmet sandwiches with an American regional motif: mini Maryland crab cake, shrimp po' boy, barbecue beef brisket and Philly cheesesteak, to name a few. Twitter: @blueskydiningnc

Bulkogi Korean BBQ

Chirba Chirba Dumpling

Farmhand Foods Sausage Wagon

Specialty: artisanal sausage sandwiches: bratwurst, spicy Italian, Polish, country breakfast links; there's even a vegetarian option featuring smoked shiitakes. Twitter: @farmhandfoods

Klausie's Pizza

Specialty: Square pan pizza by the slice, with cheese all the way to the edge and toppings ranging from basic pepperoni to the Hypocrasy (veggies and bacon). Twitter: @klausiespizza
