From staff reports

RALEIGH -- A touch of Hollywood comes to downtown Raleigh on Wednesday, and that means some closed streets and blocked-off parking spaces.

Crews will be shooting scenes for the movie "Arthur Newman, Golf Pro," starring Colin Firth and Emily Blunt.

Street closures include the 200 block Fayetteville Street and the City Plaza from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.; the 200 block of West Martin Street from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and the 200 block of South McDowell Street intermittently for short periods from noon to 5 p.m.

The city says parking will be restricted from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. along several streets, including the 200 block of Fayetteville Street and the 100 and 200 blocks of West Martin Street.
