Since the summer of 2009, the Colony Theatres' "James Bond Originals" has been screening the classic superspy movies monthly in chronological order. This Thursday evening, the screenings reach the 17th in the series with Pierce Brosnan's debut as the debonair 007 in Martin Campbell's " GoldenEye" (1995). The film, which is also the first to feature Judi Dench as Bond's boss "M," is one of the most critically acclaimed of the series, and was the subject of an extremely popular award-winning video game (Nintendo's "GoldenEye 007").
