RALEIGH — The Canes said Monday night that they will recall forward Zac Dalpe from the Charlotte Checkers (AHL).
Dalpe’s recall is on an emergency basis for Patrick Dywer, who suffered an injury during the 4-2 win over New Jersey.
Dalpe, 22, has skated in nine games for the Hurricanes this season, averaging 6:07 of ice time. He has scored four goals and added four assists in 18 AHL games for Charlotte.
