Duke women's soccer standouts Natasha Anasi, Kaitlyn Kerr and Laura Weinberg have been invited to train with the U.S. U-23 National Team on Jan. 15-22 in Sarasota, Fla.

The trio is coming off leading the Blue Devils to a 22-4-1 overall record and advancing to the 2011 NCAA College Cup for the first time since 1992. Kerr will not be in camp; she is recovering from offseason surgery.

Raleigh Sports Club: The Raleigh Sports Club will meet today at Highland UMC at 1901 Ridge Road. Dave Telep, ESPN college basketball recruiting analyst, will be the speaker. Garner High basketball player Dominique Reed will be honored as the Student Athlete of the Week.
