After failing to start Thursday against Wake Forest, freshman Austin Rivers was back among the starting group and responded with 12 first-half points. He had 20 in the 91-73 win Thursday. Ryan Kelly, who had 20 points off the bench against the Deacons, didn't scratch in the first half Saturday but gave the offense a big lift in the second.
Since torching North Carolina for 32 points on Jan. 14, Florida State guard Deividas Dulkys got six points in a win against Maryland on Tuesday and 12 points in the win Saturday at Duke.
The Seminoles have defeated Duke and North Carolina during a 10-day period for the second time. It also happened in 2002, when the Blue Devils were ranked No. 1.
