Player to watch: Josh Hairston, F, Duke
The sophomore forward got his first career start Thursday against Virginia Tech, scoring six points and grabbing three rebounds for the Blue Devils. Can he carve out an expanded role in Duke's lineup? Hairston will look to continue to produce in whatever action he sees.
Observation: Miami has won four of its last five, so Duke will want to take care to make sure it doesn't overlook the Hurricanes by looking ahead to Wednesday's game at No. 5 North Carolina and overlook the Hurricanes. Miami beat Maryland in double-overtime in its last game out.
