Miles Rosen of Chapel Hill has attained the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest achievement in Boy Scouting.

For his Eagle project, Miles refurbished a shed at Camp Clearwater, the campgrounds owned by the Chapel Hill-Carrboro YMCA. He designed and led the installation of a wooden floor, new interior walls, shelving, window shutters and doors, and now the shed is used for storing equipment for the YMCA day camp and other activities.

Miles, the son of Norm and Maureen Rosen of Chapel Hill, is a member of Troop 845 at Carrboro United Methodist Church and is a senior at East Chapel Hill High School.
