Stephen Kiser of Clayton has earned the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest achievement in Boy Scouting.

For his Eagle project, Stephen built bee boxes and provided landscaping aimed at attracting bees, birds and butterflies at the N.C. Wildlife Center on the N.C. State Centennial Campus.

Stephen, the son of Daniel and Mary Kiser, is a senior at Clayton High School and a member of Troop 124, sponsored by Horne Memorial United Methodist Church's Methodist Men of the Church and led by Robert Little.
