ROCK HILL -- The woman accused of testing positive for cocaine at a Rock Hill hospital while she was still pregnant has been arrested, police say.
Krystal Dawn Taylor, 25, of York has been charged with unlawful child neglect, according to police documents. She is in Moss Justice Center awaiting a $10,000 bond.
On Jan. 15, an officer was waiting with a prisoner who was receiving medical treatment when a nurse told him a woman had come into the Labor and Delivery section of the hospital with problems related to her pregnancy, according to a Rock Hill police report. The woman was treated, but left as soon as she learned she was being screened for drugs.
