DURHAM -- Police arrested a second man today in the 2010 murder of 52-year-old Larry Timberlake.
The arrest of Jermaine Isaac Brown, 35, comes nearly six months after Tyree Visharin Harris Jr., 33, is charged with murder in the August 2010 shooting that left Timberlake dead and Robert Terry, then 30, wounded.
Police responding to a shooting call at 4416 Chapel Hill Blvd. found Timberlake, an East Pointe, Ga., native, wounded. He later died at Duke University hospital. Police also found Terry wounded at a nearby parking lot, but his injuries were not life threatening.
