Thomas Wesley Manes, 40, of Cary, died Friday, February 3, 2012 in Fort Worth, TX, while traveling for business.
Tom was born December 24, 1971 in Live Oak, Florida. He was proud to serve as a Sargent in the US Army. Tom was employed at CA Inc. as a Sr. IT Advisor.
He is survived by his wife, Amy Welch Manes; step-son, Justin Baker of Cary; father, Retired Sr. Chief Thomas Lee Manes of Missouri; and brother, Sgt. 1st Class Thomas Jeffery Manes of Hawaii.
A funeral service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, February 11, 2012 at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 200 SE Maynard Road, Cary, NC 27511. Burial will follow the service at Wake Memorial Park in Cary. The family will receive friends 12:00 - 1:00 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
