I read with disbelief that a group of cat lovers wants the county commissioners to allow them to trap, sterilize and re-release feral cats back to the wild where they kill countless native songbirds, adult and baby rabbits, squirrels, etc. and threaten domestic cats allowed to roam outside their owners' homes. I guess these people have no compassion for these animals, only nuisance cats. I urge the commissioners to stand firm on the existing rules for not releasing non-native animals for the well being of our precious wildlife.
