Mary Frances Copeland Parker, born November 12, 1920, died February 7, 2012. A life well spent, she touched many people and served with a smile. She was predeceased by her husband, Earl Franklin Parker; her parents, L.A. and Nina Copeland; and a sister, Ila Copeland Baldwin.
Surviving are two sons, Earl Parker Jr. and Terry C. Parker; and a brother, Clinton Copeland. A memorial service will be held at Croasdaile Retirement Community, Durham, on Saturday at 2 p.m. A reception will follow the service.
