Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Walton of Raleigh are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Alexander Gray Walton, to Christine Ann Fischer, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Fischer of Mooresville.

The wedding is planned for August 11, 2012, at Lake Norman.
