FRANKLIN COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS: Franklin schools will open on a two-hour delay Monday.

GRANVILLE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS: Granville schools will open on a two-hour delay Monday.

ORANGE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS: Orange schools will open on a three-hour delay Monday.
