In a testament to Duke's drawing power, Boston College's Conte Forum was sold out for the second time this season. The first was for the Eagles' loss to Harvard in December.
Miles Plumlee took a finger to his left eye early, causing him to have to go to the locker room. He returned with a little more than 12 minutes remaining.
The Plumlee brothers missed three dunks against N.C. State on Thursday night, aggressively trying to finish around the hoop when perhaps a layup would do. That trend continued Sunday when Miles attempted a tomahawk dunk early against the Eagles and hit the back rim. Miles redeemed himself when he rebounded an Austin Rivers' miss with a dunk in the final seconds of the first half.
