Deputies are investigating what they call the suspicious death of two women found dead at a home in Bahama on Monday.
An acquaintance arrived at the residence of Donna Andrews Lloyd, 58, and Wendi Chase, 37, on Monday to find the two women dead, according to Durham County Sheriff's reports. The visitor had not heard from the two women recently and was concerned. The women lived at 121 Quail Roost Farm Road.
When Durham County sheriff's deputies arrived to the scene, they found the residence was secure. There were no signs of forced entry. There was no evidence or sign of foul play, according to W.R. Narron, spokesman for the Durham County Sheriff's Office.
There was no external trauma to either victim's body, said Narron.
The cause of death is unknown. Investigators are awaiting results from the medical examiner's office.
