Cline removed as Durham DA

Tracey Cline has been permanently removed from her office as the elected district attorney in Durham, Judge Robert Hobgood ruled Friday, March 2, 2012. Hobgood found that Cline's conduct over the past three months in repeated court filings and hearings was "prejudicial to the administration of justice" which brought her office into "disrepute."
