Durham police investigate death at rock quarry

Durham police are probing a death at an old rock quarry on Denfield Street.

Few details have been released in the case, but Durham police say they are working with the Durham Fire Department and the Durham County Sheriff’s Office to investigate the death.

A body was found in the 5000 block of Denfield Street Sunday.
