DURHAM — Two people were hurt, one of them critically, in a hit-and-run accident at Lawson and Alston avenues early Sunday, police said.
A statement from police said the driver of the car that left the scene was found a few blocks away shortly after the crash.
Officers gave few details of the crash, but said they were continuing to investigate it. It happened about 3:15 a.m.
