Food Lion store in North Raleigh robbed

Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred Monday morning at a Food Lion grocery store in North Raleigh.

The incident occurred about 7:45 a.m. at the store on Louisburg Road off of Perry Creek Road.

There are no suspect descriptions yet, though police are interviewing witnesses to try to find out more details.

No one was injured.
