Perdue’s courage

My family and I want to thank Gov. Bev Perdue for doing the courageous and right thing in standing up to the drilling lobby and vetoing the fracking bill. As far as we’re concerned, she now has the great legacy of stopping the oil and gas companies at the threshold, preventing them (at least for now) from getting their foot in the door in North Carolina. Keeping these corporate marauders out of our beautiful state was the right thing to do for our citizens and our businesses.
