RALEIGH — Police said that when they found Walter Antonio Flores in a bar at 2116 Hillsborough St., he was intoxicated and had his 4-year-old son with him, and they charged him with misdemeanor child abuse.

Flores, 38, lives at 123 Hillcrest Drive, a few blocks from Sadlack’s Heroes at 2116 Hillsborough on the corner of Enterprise Street, across from the North Carolina State University campus.

Police wrote in an arrest warrant that he was drinking and was intoxicated in public when they went to the bar at 6:45 p.m. Saturday.

Bond was set at $1,000 for Flores.
