RALEIGH — A jackknifed tractor-trailer on Interstate 40 near Rock Quarry Road closed two lanes and made for slow-going for commuters Friday afternoon.
Raleigh police were at the scene of the accident, which has been cleared, but heavy traffic remains.
There were no reports of any injuries.
