"River", a Barred Owl is the center of attention as he gets a tour at Garner's White Deer Park Friday August 24, 2012. He is a rescued owl who can no longer fly and is a permanent guest at the CLAWS facility in Chapel Hill. Hundreds gathered to watch as three juvenile Barred Owls were released into the wild after rehabilitation.
