RALEIGH — A Raleigh man has been charged with trafficking marijuana
Emile Shadu Jackson, 38, of 7321 Fox Road, had 22 pounds of marijuana in his possession, according to an arrest warrant. He was charged with possessing an amount between 10 and 50 pounds and maintaining a vehicle or dwelling for a controlled substance.
Jackson’s bail is set at $55,000.
