RALEIGH — Police arrested a Raleigh man on charges Saturday of exposing himself inside a Church’s Chicken fast-food restaurant.
Arrest records show that Clarence Wayne Bass, 57, of 1809 Sunview St., was charged with indecent exposure and second-degree trespassing at the Church’s Chicken on 1401 New Bern Ave. According to the arrest warrant, Bass exposed himself to the female owner of the restaurant and refused her request to leave.
Bass is being held at the Wake County jail on a $2,000 bond.
Court records show that Bass has a lengthy arrest record dating back to 1977. He’s been arrested on charges such as indecent liberties with a child, driving while under the influence, drunk and disorderly conduct, shoplifting and possession of marijuana.
