Raleigh man charged with selling $12,500 in stolen watches

— Police have charged a Raleigh man with attempting to sell $12,500 worth of stolen watches and a stolen laptop computer to pawn shops.

Arrest warrants show that Charles Lawrence Cambra, 38, of 4116 Viewmont Dr., tried to sell three watches stolen from a Knightdale home. He tried to sell a $5,000 Rolex watch, a $5,000 TAG Heuer watch and a $2,500 TAG Heuer watch to National Pawn on Capital Boulevard.

Arrest warrants show Cambra also tried to sell a stolen $400 laptop computer to Mr. Pawn on Capital Boulevard.

Cambra was charged Friday with multiple counts of possession of stolen property, obtaining property under false pretenses and attempting to obtain property under false pretenses.

Cambra is being held at the Wake County jail. His combined bail for the separate incidents is set at $80,000.
