After months of anticipation, North Carolina and Duke released their men’s basketball schedules Monday. There were no surprises, given that many of the key dates – including the entire schedule of ACC games – already had been announced.

N.C. State previously had posted its schedule on its official athletic website.

The Wolfpack, Tar Heels and Blue Devils will begin the season Friday, Nov. 9. N.C. State will host Miami (Ohio), North Carolina will host Gardner-Webb and Duke will host Georgia State.

North Carolina has scheduled its annual Late Night with Roy Williams event for Friday, Oct. 12, and Duke will hold its Countdown to Craziness on Oct. 19. Both events celebrate the start of the preseason.
