DURHAM — Police closed all three westbound lanes of Interstate 40 at Fayetteville Road for about 2½ hours this morning after a two-car crash that sent one person to Duke University Hospital.
The road was closed shortly after 4 a.m. and was reopened about 6:40 a.m.
