RALEIGH — Vehicle accidents have closed lanes on Interstate 40 between Raleigh and Morrisville early this morning, according to reports from the state Department of Transportation.

The right three westbound lanes are closed near Aviation Parkway in Morrisville, DOT reported.

The right eastbound lane is closed between Harrison Avenue and the Wade Avenue exit, according to DOT.
