RALEIGH Minister and author David Jeremiah will be at the PNC Arena on Thursday night.

The free event, which is open to the public, starts at 7 p.m.

Christian recording artist Charles Billingsley will perform, and Jeremiah will share a message from his new book, “God Loves You: He Always Has — He Always Will.”
