Man shot in car in Durham intersection

— Police are investigating a shooting that occurred at the intersection of Nebo Street and Burlington Avenue around 11:15 a.m. Saturday.

Officers who were dispatched to a possible gunshot wound discovered a wounded male in the driver’s seat of a vehicle.

The male, whose name has not yet been released, was transported to Duke Medical center with life-threatening injuries.
