RALEIGH — A Raleigh man was charged Saturday in the Sept. 16 shooting of a minor.
Emilio Bibey, 21, of 627 Ralph Drive is charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill or inflict serious injury for shooting the minor, who was not identified in the arrest warrant.
Bibey’s bail is set at $200,000 in the Wake County Jail.
