RALEIGH — A man from Angier has been arrested for the third time in three months on drug possession and sale charges.
An arrest report says Robert Kenneth Williams, 38, of 155 N. Willow St. in Angier was being held at the Wake County Detention Center on Monday afternoon when Alcohol Law Enforcement agents filed charges of selling or delivering marijuana, possession of cocaine with intent to sell or deliver that and possessing marijuana with intent to sell or deliver it.
The charges, according to arrest warrants, stem from incidents between June 1 and July 19, including what the warrants say was selling drugs to an undercover Garner police officer.
On Sept. 7, Williams was charged with cocaine possession and maintaining a dwelling from which to sell drugs after he was arrested at the Motel 6 at 1401 Buck Jones Road in Cary.
On Aug. 23, Raleigh police arrested Williams on cocaine and other drug charges at a service station at 615 E. Whitaker Mills Road.
Williams was being held at the detention center on the charges from September when the latest ones were served.
