New York-based Clarion Partners has acquired the Palladian Corporate Center in Durham for $36.2 million, according to property records.
The seller was Northwestern Mutual. The center includes two buildings with a total of 209,720 square feet. The buildings are 81 percent occupied.
The centers main tenant is the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, which occupies 126,741 square feet of space.
Palladian I was built in 2005 and Palladian II in 2007. The center is about two miles east of Chapel Hill at the intersection of Interstate 40 and N.C. 55.
