Matt Coleman of Cary has earned the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest achievement in Boy Scouting.
For his project, Matt led a group of Scouts in building four permanent benches between two soccer fields at the A.E. Finley YMCA in Raleigh.
Matt, the son of Tom and Tracey Coleman, is a member of Troop 216 in Cary and is a senior at Panther Creek High School.
