FOUR OAKS — A local woman died Monday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash on Elevation Road, the Highway Patrol reported.
Jennifer Wiggins, 39, of Four Oaks was driving a car that crossed the center line and collided with an SUV, troopers said.
The crash happened just after 3:30 p.m., they said.
Their investigation showed that Wiggins was not wearing a seatbelt, they said.
