— Police say a 19-year-old man Wake Tech student had 46 individually packaged bags of marijuana when they arrested him late Thursday afternoon at a house on South Blount Street.

Shaquell Montrell Autry of 2928 Glade Aster Court in Raleigh was charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana, which is a felony.

Police also charged him with trespassing at the two-family house at 615 S. Blount.

His bond was set at $7,000.

Magistrates noted, too, that he was on probation for an April misdemeanor conviction involving drug paraphernalia.
