Connor Mitch, Wakefield: Threw nine touchdown passes and passed for 667 yards to set the N.C. High School Athletic Association state records in a 70-42 victory over Broughton. Jordan Fieulleteau had five touchdown receptions and tied for second for most touchdown receptions in a game.

Kyle Wolfe, Athens Drive: Returned a fumble for a touchdown and an interception for a touchdown and teammate Jamie Barnes returned an interception for a touchdown in a 36-23 win over Lee County.

Adam Parent, Green Hope: Blocked a punt in the final minutes to help the Falcons defeat Cary 20-17. Quarterback Chris Tutwiler passed for 179 yards.

Aaron Farmer, Cleveland: Passed for 229 yards and three touchdowns in a 47-21 win over South Johnston. Donqua Williams had 146 yards in receptions and two receiving touchdowns.

Damarus Williams, Fuquay-Varina: Rushed for 176 yards and three touchdowns in a 35-21 win over Apex.

Bryce Love, Wake Forest-Rolesville: Rushed for 159 yards and two touchdowns in a 42-22 win over Millbrook.

Kenneth Walls, South Granville: Rushed for 184 yards and three touchdowns in a 48-8 win over Cedar Ridge.

Shawn Stankavage, Cardinal Gibbons: Passed for 188 yards in a 28-21 win over Orange.

Vincent Jefferies, Garner: Passed for 175 yards in a 28-6 win over Southeast Raleigh.

Jordan Dawson, Cary: Passed for 155 yards in a 20-17 loss to Green Hope.

Cinco Simmons, Hillside: Passed for four touchdowns and ran for another in a 54-23 win over East Chapel Hill.

Kendall Hinton, Southern Durham: Passed for 225 yards and four touchdowns in a 27-23 win over Northern Durham.

Marquavious Johnson, Knightdale: Rushed for 167 yards and three touchdowns in a 40-13 win over Harnett Central.

Kylyn Flemming, Northern Durham: Rushed for 162 yards in a 27-23 loss to Southern Durham.

Alex Cowan, East Wake: Passed for 177 yards in a 62-14 win over Smithfield-Selma.

Cedric Harris, Clayton: Rushed for 175 yards in a 48-21 win over West Johnston.

Justin Carroll, West Johnston: Passed for 174 yards in a 48-21 loss to Clayton.

John Cook, North Raleigh Christian: Passed for 165 yards in a 56-17 win over Wake Christian.

Jason Fields, Word of God: Scored on runs of 58 and 44 yards in a 64-0 eight-man win over Northeast Academy.

Darius Smiley, Durham Riverside: Ran for 172 yards in a 36-34 loss to Person.
