RALEIGH — A 25-year-old Raleigh man was being held on a $40,000 bond Friday pending a court appearance on charges that he sold heroin and kept it in his car.
In an arrest warrant, city police charged that Johnathon Carl Climo of 4508 Baymar Drive sold 0.48 grams of heroin to another man on Thursday.
They also charged that Climo had sold heroin to the same person last month.
Climo was charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver heroin, selling or delivering it and with using his 2012 Chevrolet Cruze as a place to keep drugs.
Police arrested him at his home Thursday evening.
