Infinite repairs

How many times are the taxpayers going to repair N.C. 12? How many people live out there and how many tourists go there every year? Is it worth it?

I have been trying to get my road repaved for four years. A couple of my neighbors and I originally paved our road in 1985. It has not been touched since, despite the disrepair it is currently in. This road is now lined with homes.

I know N.C. 12 is nice, but is it worth the price tag?
