Robert H. Tapp of Cary has earned the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest achievement in Boy Scouting.
For his Eagle project, Robert led the reconstruction of amphitheater seating for St. Francis United Methodist Church in Cary.
Robert, the son of Buddy and Becky Tapp, is a senior at Apex High School and a member of Troop 202 at St. Francis United Methodist Church.
