Richard McLaughlin: In a nutshell

In a nutshell

Thank you for publishing the Nov. 10 op-ed article by Ed Feulner, president of the Heritage Foundation, on the future of conservatives and the GOP (“Fight for the right”). He beautifully summarized all their tired misinformation and scare phrases, such as the “Euro-socialist agenda” and an “oppressive government” that holds people back or down. Paul Ryan was educated courtesy of Social Security benefits – how socialist and oppressive was that? I hope the Heritage Foundation keeps making these ridiculous arguments as they continue to fade into irrelevancy.
