Scout aids baseball facility

Ted Pride of Holly Springs has earned the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest achievement in Boy Scouting.

For his Eagle project, Ted designed and built a wooden storage shed and resurfaced four picnic tables for the West Raleigh Baseball Exchange, where he played for many seasons.

Ted, the son of John and Janet Pride, is a junior at Holly Springs High School and a member of Troop 413 in Holly Springs.
