  • More information Other highlights: • On Wednesday, the Leroy Savage Group offers bluegrass from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. at Durham’s Q shack; no cover charge. And the South Carolina Broadcasters will play old-time and bluegrass Thursday at Broad Street Café.

Cleveland County’s Acoustic Syndicate have been playing their high-energy blend of bluegrass, folk and jazz for two decades. Their tightly rhythmic instrumental work and blended three-part harmonies have earned the band appearances at Telluride, Bonnaroo and MerleFest, and two CDs on Sugar Hill Records. On Saturday, the Syndicate rolls into Raleigh for a show at Lincoln Theatre.
