No conflict there
It is amusing to me that some people think that Ray Covington, owner of lands where fracking could be applied, and of a company involved in natural gas exploration, might have a conflict of interest in serving as vice-chair of the state Mining and Energy Commission. Having a voice in whether and how fracking will be done is completely in his interest. No conflict!
