Priority on speeding
Regarding the Nov. 21 article “Raleigh shortens time trash carts can be left on the curb,” I’m appreciative that our City Council is concerned with the appearance of our section of Raleigh. However, I would rather resources go toward responding to emergency calls and curbing the speeders and motorists who disregard traffic laws. I can roll my neighbor’s trash can away from the curb, but I have no way of stopping someone from blowing through the stop signs in our neighborhood.
